1. REGISTRATION:
   
   • To create your account, click on Register icon and complete the registration process by filling in the personal information page, selecting a membership plan and make a payment online.
2. 3S – SEARCH, SELECT & SUBMIT:
   
   • You can now search your preferred books/ toy.
   • Start adding books to your cart, by clicking on the “Order Now” button given for listed book.
   • Select how you want to receive the items that have been added to the cart: Doorstep Delivery/ Collection or Click & Collect.
   • Confirm your reservation by clicking on the “Confirm” button.
3. DOORSTEP DELIVERY:
   
   • Books/ Toys will be delivered in D+2 days of confirmation of reservation or the next available delivery date. Member to check the delivery/ return slip for the list of books to be delivered/ returned and approve it with a signature.
   • Click & Collect: Books/ Toys will be available for Click & Collect in D+2 days of confirmation of reservation/ next availabl date.
4. READ & RELAX:
   
   • You have 26 days to enjoy the books/ toys received.
5. VIRTUAL RETURN:
   
   • An existing user who has books to be returned, will have to virtually return the books on or before the due date by clicking the “Virtual Return” button against each book listed.
   • The return process will be complete only after the librarian has received the books physically.

Note: To renew a book, click on the “Renew” button against the book, provided it is available/ permitted for renewal.
